NGO Registration Services
A Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) is a legally recognized, non-profit entity established to work for social, environmental, charitable, educational, cultural, or humanitarian causes. NGO Registration is the formal legal process that grants an organization official recognition, enabling it to operate lawfully, raise funds, receive grants, and implement welfare-oriented projects.
Registering an NGO is essential to build credibility, access government and corporate funding, claim tax exemptions, and collaborate with national and international agencies. However, the registration process involves multiple legal frameworks, documentation requirements, and compliance obligations, which can be complex without expert guidance.
At EYLIN SERVICES PVT. LTD, we provide end-to-end NGO Registration services, guiding you in choosing the right legal structure and completing the registration process smoothly and compliantly. Our expert team ensures that your NGO is legally sound, credible, and ready to make a meaningful impact.
What is NGO Registration?
NGO registration is the process by which an organization is registered under Indian law as a non-profit entity, allowing it to work for the welfare of society without profit motive. Once registered, the NGO becomes a separate legal entity, capable of owning property, entering into contracts, opening bank accounts, and applying for tax exemptions and grants.
NGOs in India can be registered under one of the following legal structures:
Trust
Society
Section 8 Company
Each structure has its own advantages, compliance requirements, and suitability depending on the NGO’s objectives and long-term vision.
